Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy

This policy concerns cancellations, returns and refunds relating to goods and services supplied by TTS Copier International Pte Ltd ("TTS", "we", "us" or "our").

Specific commercial terms may apply to your transaction — for example the terms in an accepted quotation, purchase order, rental agreement, lease agreement, service agreement or rebuild agreement. Where those specific terms differ from this general policy, they govern that transaction. This policy should also be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

This website is an enquiry platform. It lets you request quotations, send contact messages, submit service requests and submit meter readings. Sending a form through this website does not create a completed purchase of goods or services, and no payment is taken through the website. Because no payment is made through the website, submitting a website form does not itself trigger any refund.

Before any binding order or agreement exists, you are welcome to contact us to withdraw an enquiry or request. We will confirm with you in writing if the enquiry has been withdrawn. Where an enquiry has already been converted into an accepted order or agreement, please see the sections below.

Once a quotation, order or agreement has been accepted, any cancellation rights and consequences — including any charges — depend on the applicable agreement, the work already performed, goods already ordered or configured, and applicable law. If your circumstances change, please contact us as early as possible so we can review the position with you. We do not apply cancellation charges other than those provided for in the applicable agreement or permitted by law.

If goods you receive are damaged, incorrect, or do not conform to the applicable agreement, please contact us promptly with:

• Your quotation or order reference
• The product or model
• The serial number where relevant
• A description of the issue
• Supporting photographs where useful

We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the applicable agreement and Singapore law. Please report issues as soon as reasonably possible so we can review them while the relevant records and circumstances are current.

Some of the equipment we supply is professionally rebuilt or refurbished. The condition of a machine is described in the applicable product information, quotation or agreement. The fact that a machine is rebuilt or refurbished is not, by itself, a reason for a refund. If you believe a machine does not conform to what was agreed, please report it to us for review using the process above.

Where equipment, parts, configuration or work has been specially ordered or carried out for you, cancellation or refund may be limited after the commitment is made or work begins. This is subject to the applicable agreement and to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Early termination, cancellation and refund arrangements relating to rental or lease agreements are governed by the specific signed or accepted agreement for that engagement. Please refer to your agreement, or contact us, for the terms that apply to your arrangement.

Where service work has commenced or been completed, any cancellation or refund will be assessed taking into account the work performed, parts or materials committed, the applicable agreement, and applicable law. We do not provide automatic refunds for work already carried out or materials already committed, but we will always review genuine concerns fairly.

If a refund is approved, we will communicate the approved amount, the refund method and the expected processing arrangements to you in writing. The arrangements will take into account the original payment method and the applicable agreement.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable Singapore law.
